This 3" OD by 8" long conveyor pulley uses keyed hubs with set screws and a 1" bore, providing positive drive torque transfer for driven positions in a conveyor line. The flat face provides a consistent wear surface for applications where belt tracking is managed elsewhere in the system. A 1/4" layer of 60A SBR hot vulcanized lagging is bonded to the shell for improved belt grip and wear protection, bringing the final outer diameter to 3-1/2".
