    Shipping policy

    Shipping

    • All orders under 75lbs ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).
    • All orders over 75lbs or longer than 6 feet ship via LTL carrier of our choice.
    • Orders cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • Weekends and holidays are not shipping days.
    • Lead times are based on product availability at the time of order.
    • Orders for in-stock items placed by 12:00 PM PST on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Order placed on weekends are processed the next business day. Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer, and those lead times will vary.
    • Expedited shipments are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability. There are no refunds on any shipping charges, unless the order is cancelled prior to shipping.
    • Refused shipments will receive credit only for products less a $10.00 refusal fee and the shipping charges back to original location.

    Small Orders

    "Small orders" may incur delays of up to one additional week beyond the products standard lead time. Many of our items drop ship from the manufacturer and many of these manufacturers have minimum order amounts that we are required to meet. In these cases, we will combine your order with another order or with items for our inventory and ship them to our warehouse in Washington to be separated and then shipped out. To avoid delays, make sure your order contains at least the below amounts from a given manufacturer (not including shipping), or contact us to enter the order from our end so we can include a small order charge and ship the order directly to you.

    International Shipments

    International Shipments may incur additional shipping delays of up to 1 week, as the items will typically need to be transferred to our warehouse in Washington state, where we handle all exports.

    The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. These rates vary greatly by country and item type. Please be aware of these costs prior to placing your order.
