The VX2 for medium vacuum (0.1Pa.abs or more), manifold type is available with resin body. Up to 10 valves can be mounted on the manifold. Three body sizes are available, with orifice diameter from 2 to 7mm. FKM seal is standard and EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 1.08.
