This 4" OD by 17" long conveyor pulley uses keyed hubs with set screws and a 1" bore, providing positive drive torque transfer for driven positions in a conveyor line. The trapezoidal crown profile helps the belt self-center while distributing wear more evenly across the face than a single-radius crown. A 3/8" layer of 60A SBR hot vulcanized lagging with a chevron groove pattern (3/16" deep) is bonded to the shell, improving belt traction and helping to shed water and debris. The final outer diameter is 4-3/4".
