    This 3" OD by 16" long conveyor pulley is built with a welded drive shaft sized to drop directly into a NORD Flexbloc SK1SI40 gearbox. The shaft extends 2" on the idler side and 6-1/2" on the drive side, with a 3-1/4" long 1/4" keyway starting 1/8" from the end of the shaft. The trapezoidal crown profile helps the belt self-center while distributing wear more evenly across the face than a single-radius crown.
