The 11-LEJS is the clean room version of SMC's LEJS ball screw slider. A built-in vacuum port is used to draw off particles generated by the ball screw and guide to achieve the ISO Class 4 standard. This model is fitted with an AC servo motor with incremental or absolute encoder. Optional drivers include pulse input and various communication protocols including Ethernet. Some option standard with LEJS are not offered with the 11-LEJS. Please consult the catalog for more information.
