Twin Bonded Nylon Coils provide two paths for transferring air or fluids. The twin bond system works for fluid, air and exhaust applications, and even overhead cranes.
Coilhose Pneumatics manufactures Nylon Coils from tough, abrasion resistant Nylon material. Nylon offers a large temperature range of -60°F to +200°F, and a higher working pressure. The stiffness of Nylon also creates a high retraction force, allowing for the coils to store quickly out of the workspace.
Coilhose Pneumatics' Nylon Coils are equipped with strong brass fittings that are machined in-house out of quality brass hex stock.
All assemblies (except 3/4" units) are equipped with a spring guard to prevent kinking at the fitting.
Note: For high-vibration and impact tool applications, it is recommended that rigid fittings be used at the working end. This ensures a durable, long lasting connection.
